I'm so thankful for SNOW to get me into the spirit of the season. The fresh blanket of snow on my yard is beautiful! I'm also thankful to finally get started on my Christmas Shopping.
I also bought myself a pair of skinny jeans! Oh my word! I can't believe I did it. It's so hard to wear things we've worn a hundred years ago. Not literally of course, but still, it's been a long time since I've worn that style of jeans. I believe it's been since about 1990. The man and woman at the store said they looked great on me, my kids think so too. I sure hope so. I don't want to look like I'm trying to be a teenager.

That snow did make for some fun Christmas shopping... that's what I did the day it snowed. Mike and I said that THIS is what we wanted to wake up to on Christmas morning... it was a perfect Christmas morning (o.. except it wasn't Christmas, was it?). That being said... I'm good... no more snow until Christmas morning would be the perfect winter for me! :)
And about the skinny jeans... I bought some, too! I was so proud and excited, because it took me a lot of work to feel comfortable wearing them. I, too, hope they look good! When I see my sister next weekend, she'll tell me the truth! LOL!
