Who says you need rain....

to use an umbrella (or three umbrellas in this case)?
While "Super" was making a hut outside, I realized she had made a bat shadow out of her umbrellas.

Hop on over to Hey Harriet for Shadow Shot Sunday. I am definitely aware that I play with the big boys when I participate, but it's fun...and it makes me feel loved! Happy Shadow Shot Sunday!!!

These are cool shadows! Your girl looks really sweet and happy!

This is my first time participating in this photo meme and it is intimidating..

Have a great week ahead!

Ha! That's clever! At the mention of 'bat' shadow I was imagining a sporting bat (baseball, cricket etc...) and just couldn't figure it out. Then I finally realised! Then felt rather silly for not seeing it straight away. Isn't it funny how we often don't see the obvious for looking! Ok, maybe not 'we' but 'me' only ;D Great photos!

Great shadow shot, Brandi! I love the bat!

My question is: When did Super find a day WITHOUT rain? :) It seems more like April here than June. No complaints from me, though. June is almost over, and we have yet to turn on our swamp cooler. There's only been one day where I even debated it. Our bills will be the lowest they've ever been in June.

Jenny, it HAS been super duper rainy lately ha! I admit it's been tough to find any shadows due to so much cloud cover! BUT last week (I think it was Thursday) it was sunny and beautiful the whole entire day! The bummer is that I was mowing the lawn and wasn't able to take pictures of Supe playing. She was being absolutely adorable!!!!

Love that one! I loved to make huts out of those old lounge chairs the ones that could snap your finger off if you weren't careful. Oh the good 'ol days when they didn't care if you got hurt or choked on a small part
