It is a very happy day! It feels like it should have been a holiday. I'm so excited to have a new president! I wish I had been able to see it all unfold. Thank goodness for internet and video streams.
THIS is truly a historical day and I am so happy to be here to see it! I, too, am PROUD to be an American... THIS is a great picture.. I've heard many people say it should have been a holiday... I AGREE! But... I still got to watch about 1.5 hours IN A CLASSROOM in SL District today! It was FABULOUS!!
I was excited that the kids were able to listen in class. I was also very proud of my kids for being so interested. YAY for Change!!!! PJ made a point to tell people "Happy Obama Day"!!
It was wonderful! I was glued to the t.v. until 4:30pm. I absolutely loved the inauguration speech. I am so happy to have Barack Obama as our President! He will do great things for our country.
