Sunday Poetry

T'was the day before Monday,
When all through the house
Not a creature was stirring,
Except for the spouse (that's me)

The family was nestled
All snug in their beds
As 5 o'clock rolled around
And mom's loosing her head

I should be fixing dinner
But computer time is swell
If I don't start doing something soon
I'm sure to go to hell!
