This comes from my all -time favorite My Name is Earl episode called "Teacher Earl". Earl and Randy have made fun of people with accents their whole lives, and in one instance at a restraunt this happens:
Waitress with accent: You want I take your plate?
Earl: I vant to suck your blood!
